Balmain does not believe in mission statements. Balmain has a single principal we call our guiding star.
Our guiding star represents what we were doing 30 years ago and what we will be doing in 30 years time - providing the most efficient finance to business that is available in the market.
To do this Balmain accesses wholesale institutional funds, bank balance sheets, retail funds management and private markets both locally and overseas. If the most efficient form of finance is via institutional funding then that’s where Balmain will be. If it is from bank balance sheets then that is what we will use. If the funds management sector offers a competitive advantage then we will access that market.
